HARVEST
Manual selection of grapes lately harvested between from October, the 20th and the 30th, in a 30 old vineyards in Controguerra with optimal exposure and low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical sensation of flowers, vegetal scents and light bitterness of Montepulciano grapes.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it stays on skins at 6-7 hours at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Bright pink with red shaves
Nose: Fine and light sensations of fresh fruit, especially blueberry and strawberry
Flavour by Mouth: Dry, soft and delicate with fruitness and nice acidity at the end. It is lovely with mixed grilled meat, especially pork and lamb.
