HARVEST
Manual selection of grapes lately harvested between from October, the 05th and the 15th, in a 30 old vineyards in Colonnella with optimal exposure and medium-low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical flavours of Montonico grapes.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it takes the skin maceration at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Bright yellow with amber shades
Nose: Flowers, fruit and green vegetables
Flavour by Mouth: Medium structure and intense aroma of flowers and vegetal scents with a light bitterness. Armonic and persistent and lightly bitter (at the end), it matches with seafood salad and vegetarian and vegan courses.
