HARVEST
Manual selection of grapes lately harvested between from October, the 05th and the 15th, in a 30 old vineyards in Martinsicuro with optimal exposure and low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical flavours of Trebbiano grapes.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it takes the skin maceration at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Golden yellow
Nose: Intense and persistent with fruity and floreal notes
Flavour by Mouth: Armonic, dry and mineral with the typical light bitterness of Trebbiano grapes. Lovely with every seafood dish, fresh pasta (ravioli), risotto, fish appetizers and vegetarian dishes.
