HARVEST
Manual selection of grapes, harvested between October, the 10th and the 20th in old vineyards of Martinsicuro with optimal exposure and medium-low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical flavours of Montepulciano grapes.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it stays on skins at most 6-7 hours at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Bright pink
Nose: Raspberries and cranberries
Flavour by Mouth: Strong red fruit, nice acidity and good minerality. Lovely with fish dishes like soups or fries, cured meat and cheese or tasty cuts of meat like pork, goat and lamb.
