HARVEST
Manual selection of grapes lately harvested between October, the 05th and the 15th, in a 30 in old vineyards in Controguerra with optimal exposure and low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical flavours of Passerina grapes.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it takes the skin maceration at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Light yellow with green shades
Nose: Intense and persistent, with notes of pear and passion fruit
Flavour by Mouth: Fruity, long and lightly bitter and pungent at the end. Great with raw fish and first seafood courses, it matches perfectly also with fried and grilled fish.
